I've always wanted to create my own range of Indian foods as I felt there was a gap in the market for dishes that tasted homemade. The sauces were my starting point and inspiration. They took nearly 2 years from conception to finished product and I enjoyed every part of the process; from deciding on the range to the packaging and design. I have been completely hands on and it has been a really challenging and rewarding endeavour.
Our sauces are an original range that reflects both our evolving tastes in Indian food, as well as our love of the curry house classics. They are truly versatile and I find myself using them to make quick, easy mid-week family meals as well as elegant dinners for friends. I have tailor-made them to suit the sophisticated palate and you can further tailor them to suit your lifestyle by choosing what you add into them, from a cheap cut of meat to organic chicken or beans and vegetables. The range is completely natural, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
Chutnis are a staple of most Indian peoples' diets! I've used the Indian spelling for ‘chuntni’ as these authentic Indian ones differ in character and breadth from Western chutneys. They are so delicious and characterful; they will change the way you think of this humble condiment forever. They are the perfect complement to Indian meals and snacks and are also brilliant when cooked with, unleashing your inner experimental cook. They will soon become a larder essential for lovers of flavourful food.
