Our garlic and coriander naan is the perfect accompaniment to an Indian meal. Hand-stretched for texture and flame-baked to recreate the taste of the tandoor, they are light and delicious. And, best of all, they are free of flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
Our naans allow for so much creativity in the kitchen. While they are the perfect accompaniment to a big bowl of curry, you can also use them to create pizzas, naanwiches, jaffles, wraps, paninis and much more.
Flash under Running Water
Heat in the oven, Grill or BBQ
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350F / gas mark 4. Place naan on the middle shelf and cook for 2-3 minutes until hot and soft.
Grill: Heat under a medium grill for about a minute each side, turning once, until hot and soft.
BBQ: Cook on both sides, away from flames, for 1-2 minutes a side until hot and soft
For the perfect fluffy naan, always flash both sides under running water to stop the naan drying out when cooking!
We love using our naans as an everyday flat-bread as they are so light and tasty.
For a crispy finish, try a sandwich or panini press or place on your BBQ.
We love spreading some crème fraiche over the top and making a ”white pizza” with many different toppings. Or try our Tomato, Chilli & Garlic Chutni for a richer pizza flavour.
