Fresh Cranberry and Mango Chutney

Indian mango chutney is sweet and sticky and the addition of Christmassy cranberries adds a perky, festive note which bypasses a traditional cranberry chutney in it’s complexity and deliciousness. You can also use 40g of dried cranberries if you prefer, rehydrated in some hot water until soft.

Ingredients

  • 2 pots The Spice Tailor Mango Chutney
  • 50g fresh cranberries

Method

  1. Heat them both together adding a splash of water over a medium flame until the cranberries burst and release their juices and the chutney thickens to your preferred consistency.
