This delicious grilled feta and vegetable ratatouille is infused with tangy spicy flavours which work really well with the cooling herbed yoghurt. A carb-free, healthy meal that also makes a wonderful sharing platter if you double up. You can also add some grilled tandoori lamb on top. A wonderful flavour mash-up that really works.
