Competition Terms and conditions

Prize draw terms and conditions

  1. Entry to the prize draw will be by completing an online feedback form for Punjabi Tomato Curry at www.thespicetailor.com/survey.  The closing date for entries is 6 January, 2012 at 23:59 GMT.
  2. The prize is a copy of Anjum Anand’s I Love Curry book and all seven curries in The Spice Tailor range.  The 10 winners will be selected at random and notified by email.
  3. This draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except employees and the immediate families of The Spice Tailor.
  4. Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per person please.
  5. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  6. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
  7. Anyone who enters the promotion (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
  8. Competitions are open to UK residents only unless otherwise stated
  9. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  10. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  11. The prize draw will run from 11 November, 2011 until 6 January, 2012.
  12. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  13. Winners will be contacted via email by 13 January, 2012.
  14. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random
